Two Cases of Landry-Guillain-Barre Syndrome Associated with Typhoid Fever

Abstract
|
|
|
Two patients with Landry-Guillain-Barre syndrome associated with typhoid -:fever are reported.
The patients were 28 year and 45 year old soldiers and suffered from typhoid fever that was confirmed definitely by serologic and bacteriologic examinations.
These cases of the Landry-Guillain-Barre syndrome occurred 3 to 4 weeks following febrile illness and finally died of respiratory paralysis.
